Wear a scrotal support or jockey shorts for one (1) week.

Apply ice packs to the scrotum tonight until bedtime: get in
a warm tub for 20 minutes at least twice daily for one week.

Intercourse may be resumed after 72 hours or when comfortable.

It takes at least 10 ejaculations to get rid of all old sperm;
sperm can remain in the semen for three to six months following
surgery. You will need to bring a semen sample to the
appropriate laboratory after 10 ejaculations for analysis. Two
(2) completely sterile specimens are necessary before
contraception-free intercourse is "safe".
